JOB Ready LNK is currently recruiting experienced Project Managers and Site Supervisors for upcoming construction and industrial projects across the Greater Toronto Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily project operations and site activities
- Supervise trades workers and subcontractors
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management
- Ensure quality control and site safety standards

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Construction Supervisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and teams
- Experience with construction or industrial projects
- Knowledge of Ontario workplace safety standards
Preferred Certifications
- Working at Heights
- WHMIS
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- PMP Certification (preferred for project managers)
