We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with exposure to personal banking, credit risk, everyday banking, or data analytics. The candidate will support senior project managers in delivering projects and ensuring smooth coordination between business and technology teams.

Mandate

Supports the delivery of assigned projects from initiation through implementation to help achieve desired business outcomes. Works closely with senior project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Assists in coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and supporting communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of project activities under the guidance of senior project managers.
• Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with business, operations, and technology teams to gather updates and ensure alignment.
• Help maintain project documentation and project management artifacts in accordance with enterprise standards.
• Assist with risk identification and issue tracking, escalating concerns to the project manager when necessary.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder communication and adoption tracking.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project updates for project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings, governance forums, and stakeholder discussions.
• Help monitor project budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors as required.
• Ensure project activities comply with organizational policies, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
