Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a carpenter in construction or renovation projects.
Experience with concrete forms, framing, and structural carpentry.
We are seeking skilled and reliable Carpenters to join our clients’ construction teams for residential, commercial, and renovation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures and fixtures according to project specifications and building codes. The carpenter must be able to interpret blueprints, use various hand and power tools safely, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements and specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other construction materials.
• Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, roof frameworks, stairways, doors, windows, and cabinets.
• Install interior and exterior trim, moldings, drywall framing, and finishing carpentry elements.
• Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes and project specifications.
• Operate hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, nail guns, routers, and sanders.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or structures as needed.
• Collaborate with construction supervisors, project managers, and other trades to ensure project completion within timelines.
• Maintain job site safety standards and follow occupational health and safety regulations.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and structural integrity of installations.
• Estimate material requirements and assist with ordering construction materials.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
Work Conditions
- Work may take place at construction sites, residential homes, and commercial buildings.
• Work may involve standing, climbing, bending, and lifting heavy materials.
• Exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
Additional Skills
- Knowledge of renovation and finishing carpentry.
• Experience with concrete forms, framing, and structural carpentry.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
